TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 ANMA Lifestyle Group (including Grandee / EVES by Anma) is a luxe travel accessory brand that stands by the quality of all its products. If you purchase one of our products, all transactions with ANMA Lifestyle Group are final. 

 No refund will be made once a purchase is made. Products received that are damaged or have issues with quality can be requested for a replacement or will be subject to in-brand credit.

 

*Please note that monogramming is an extra service and we will offer a refund only for the monogram fee should the service be unavailable.

Assessment of all requests are done on a case-to-case basis and in line with ANMA Lifestyle's "all sales are final" policy, items that cannot be replaced will be subject to conversion to in-brand credit to the amount of your purchase.

ANMA Lifestyle is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.

For issues with shipping, we use XEND, which work with larger courier services like LBC, we can assist you in tracking your item but requests for replacement, exChange or refund, especially when address details are at the fault of the customer are not ANMA Lifestyle's responsibility.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
